Chairman

Mr. Jannuzzi holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Bath in 2003 and a graduate degree in Executive Education for Fast Growing Companies, Business Administration and Management General from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He has extensive professional experience, having participated in the board of directors of large companies such as the Natulab Group (since 2013), Farmácias Independente (since 2016), and Vincula (since 2017). Since 2011, he has held several positions at Patria Investimentos, including Vice President of Private Equity (2011-2012), Chief Private Equity Officer (2012-2016), and Manager of the Healthcare Portfolio (2016-2019), and became a partner in 2019.

Maria Regina Ferreira Navarro

Ms. Navarro has an undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes (1977) and graduate degrees in business administration from FGV (1996) and from Smith College (2002). She has extensive professional experience, having held the positions of Research and Development Assistant/Quality Assurance Supervisor (1978-1988), Technical Market Assistance (1988-1989), Technical Sales Representative (1992-1994), Market Development Manager (1995-1997), Head of Business Unit (1997-1999), Chief Corporate Affairs Officer (2000-2002), Regional Vice President (2003-2011), Managing Director of the medical and hospital products area (2007-2013), and Senior Vice President (2012-2014) at Johnson & Johnson, having accumulated 35 years of experience at that company. She has also held the position of Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Fundação Robert Wood Johnson (2010-2020), member of the Advisory Board of Great Place to Work Brasil (since 2014), and member of the Committee for Corporate Governance in Health at the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa), or IBGC (since 2014). Mr. Pelegrini has undergraduate degree in Business Administration from FASP – Faculdades Associadas de São Paulo (1987) and graduate degrees in Marketing from FGV (1992) and from Columbia University in New York (1995), and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School (2017). He has extensive professional experience, having held the positions of chief small and medium business officer (2002), Vice President of Finance for Latin America (2002-2005), General Manager of GTS in Italy (2006-2007), National Managing Director (2007-2012), Vice President of emerging market industries (2012-2014), and General Manager for Latin America (2014-2017) at IBM, having accumulated 29 years of experience at that company. He currently holds the position of CEO & Co-Founder at Quantum4 Innovation Solutions (since 2017).

Lia Ferrua

Ms. Lia has a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. She is currently Director of M&A for Grupo Elfa. Prior to that, Ferrua worked as Director of Private Equity at Patria Investimentos, Financial Director at Vincula and also served on Patria’s Private Equity investment team and as a member of the M&A team at DASA (Diagnostics of America S/A). Before joining Patria in 2004, she worked at Macquarie Bank and Natura, one of the largest Brazilian cosmetic companies.

Ana Paula Alves dos Santos

Graduated in Psychology at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1990), with a postgraduate degree at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (1995), she completed an MBA at COPPEAD UFRJ (1999) and Executive Education. Strategy Human Resources at Stanford University (2001). She has extensive professional experience, having worked as Director of Human Resources at Abbott Laboratories (2002 to 2009), General Director of Human Resources at Marfrig Group (2011 to 2012), Vice President of Human Resources and Sustainability at Carrefour (2012 to 2014), Vice President of People and Corporate Affairs at Walmart (2014 to 2017 and 2018 to 2019), Vice President of People at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) (2017 to 2018) and currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Pátria Investimentos ( since 2020).

Mr. Findlay has undergraduate degrees in business administration from the Universidade de São Paulo (1999) and accounting from the Universidade Paulista (2001). He has extensive professional experience, having worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1995-2004 and at Ambev/AB InBev from 2004 -2018, where he held different positions in finance in Ambev in São Paulo (2004-2011) before taking the position of Global VP of Budget and Business Performance (2012-2013) and Global VP of Projects (2014-2015) in New York, before being named the Zone Finance VP for Middle Americas and CFO of Grupo Modelo in Mexico (2016-2018). He has held the position of CFO at Elfa Medicamentos since November 2018.

Mr. Cima has an undergraduate degree in international business administration from Universidad Champagnat in 1996, graduate degrees in marketing (1996) and integrated marketing communications (1997) from UC Berkeley, as well as a graduate degree in Healthcare Management from New York University (2000). He has an MBA in international administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He also completed the Leadership Development program at Harvard Business School in 2015. He has extensive professional experience, having held the positions of sales account manager in New York (1999-2000), business unit manager in Chile (2001-2002), corporate business manager in Chile (2003-2004), Marketing Manager for Latin America (2004-2006), Regional Business Officer for Central America and the Caribbean (2006-2009), Corporate Officer (2010-2014), and Executive Officer (2014-2015) at Johnson & Johnson. Janaína Maluf Pichinin Pavan

Mrs. Pavan is an attorney with an undergraduate degree in law from Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo, a graduate degree in Civil Procedure from PUC-SP, and a continuing education degree in Capital Markets from FGV-SP. She has accumulated over 15 years of experience in major law firms, companies and investment funds. From 2002 to 2010, she worked at TozziniFreire Advogados in the civil and capital market area. In 2008, she was a foreign associate at Clifford Chance US LLP in New York in the capital markets area. She has been working for 10 years with Pátria Investimentos in several capacities, having been general counsel at Anhanguera Educacional S.A. from 2010 to 2012, Legal VP of the private equity area at Patria Investimentos from 2012 to 2015, and legal consultant on strategic matters for several investees of the funds managed by Patria, including Alphaville Urbanismo, Natulab, Vincula, and others, between 2015 and 2018. Since 2018, she has been our Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and a member of our Ethics Committee, Risk Committee, and Crisis Committee.

Gabriel Farias Soares da Silva

Mr. Soares da Silva has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá of São Paulo and an MBA from INSEAD Business School in France. He is in charge of our Strategic Planning area, which he joined in 2019. He worked in the strategic planning, new business development, and market intelligence areas at Samsung Eletrônicos Global in Korea and Latin America between 2008 and 2019. He previously worked as a corporate and business strategy consultant at Accenture between 1999 and 2007.

André Cordeiro Cabral

Mr. André Cordeiro Cabral has a degree in chemical engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense (1988), with a postgraduate degree from FGV in business administration (1998) and production administration (2000), and an MBA at Fundação Dom Cabral (2001). Frederico Lopes Dias

Graduated in business administration from PUC – MG and post-graduated in finance and controllership from Fundação Dom Cabral. He has extensive professional experience, with multidisciplinary training in Human Resources, Planning, Sales and Projects and international experience in Human Resources, with a focus on implementing organizational culture principles, valuing the corporate environment, engagement, implementation of excellence programs and management processes . Having worked as Corporate Human Resources Manager at Diageo (2012-2013) and C&A (2013-2015), Human Resources Director at Carrefour (2015 – 2017) and GPA (2017-2021). Currently, he has held the position of CHRO at Elfa Medicamentos since October 2021.

She is an executive with 30 years of experience in Audit, Compliance and Fraud Prevention, working in companies such as PwC, Unilever, Danone, Syngenta and Embraer (certified by the D.O.J – Department of Justice of the USA).  She currently holds the position of Director in Management & Transformation, working with the investees of Patria Investments in Brazil and its subsidiaries abroad. Within Patria Investments, she is also responsible for validating the controls of the Whistleblower Channel, supporting and conducting internal investigations.

Daniel Nascimento

Daniel Nascimento, 48 years old, accountant (CRC active), Master’s in Controllership and Accounting at FIPECAFI, MBA in Controllership and Finance at FGV/SP. Certified Fiscal Counselor by IBGC and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at ANEFAC/SP (mandate 2021-2022). Executive with over 20 years of experience in publicly traded Brazilian companies listed in Brazil (B3-CVM) and in the USA (NYSE-SEC), the main ones being Suzano, Ambev and Braskem (SOX environment) and Lopes (Novo Mercado). Responsible for the Controllership of these companies in Brazil and their subsidiaries abroad, in the areas of CSC, Accounting (IFRS), Costs, Property Management and Real Estate (Forestry), Tax (Direct and Indirect), Accounts Payable and Receivable, Credit and Collection . In M&A transactions (from Due Diligence to target integration), debt issuance in Brazil and abroad (Senior Notes, Green Bonds, Debentures, Share Follow on, etc.) and in Suzano’s listing on the NYSE-SEC, led the projects by the Controllership. Currently, she is responsible for Risk Management and Compliance and Coordinator of the Risk Committees of several companies in the sectors of health, agribusiness, food & beverage, among other segments in Brazil and Colombia. She was President of the OAB / SSP Studies Commission of Labor Relations of the Health Insdustry in the period from 2015 to 2019 and was also Coordinator of the Legal Chamber of the Brazilian Association of Diagnostic Medicine – ABRAMED in the period from 2010 to 2017. She has experience as a Director Legal, Risk Management and Compliance in a Publicly-Held Company listed on the Novo Mercado. She is a partner at the law firm Lira Advogados and does not hold positions in other companies or organizations in the third sector.

Ms. Alves dos Santos has an undergraduate degree in psychology from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (1990), a graduate degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (1995), an MBA from COPPEAD UFRJ (1999), and participated in Executive Education – Strategy Human Resources at Stanford University (2001). She has extensive professional experience, having worked as Chief Human Resources Officer at Abbott Laboratories (2002-2009), General Head of Human Resources at the Marfrig Group (2011-2012), Vice President of Human Resources and Sustainability at Carrefour (2012-2014), Vice President of People and Corporate Affairs at Walmart (2014-2017 and 2018-2019), and Vice President of People at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) (2017-2018), and currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Pátria Investimentos (since 2020).

Mr. Cima has an undergraduate degree in international business administration from Universidad Champagnat in 1996, graduate degrees in marketing (1996) and integrated marketing communications (1997) from UC Berkeley, as well as a graduate degree in Healthcare Management from New York University (2000). He has an MBA in international administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He also completed the Leadership Development program at Harvard Business School in 2015. He has extensive professional experience, having held the positions of sales account manager in New York (1999-2000), business unit manager in Chile (2001-2002), corporate business manager in Chile (2003-2004), Marketing Manager for Latin America (2004-2006), Regional Business Officer for Central America and the Caribbean (2006-2009), Corporate Officer (2010-2014), and Executive Officer (2014-2015) at Johnson & Johnson. Moreover, he has held the position of member of the Advisory Board of GSC (2016-2018). He had been President and CEO at Atrial Saúde from 2017 to its acquisition by Elfa Medicamentos.

Gabriel de Farias Soares da Silva

Mr. Soares da Silva has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá of São Paulo and an MBA from INSEAD Business School in France. He is in charge of our Strategic Planning area, which he joined in 2019. He worked in the strategic planning, new business development, and market intelligence areas at Samsung Eletrônicos Global in Korea and Latin America between 2008 and 2019. He previously worked as a corporate and business strategy consultant at Accenture between 1999 and 2007.

Mr. Pelegrini has undergraduate degree in Business Administration from FASP – Faculdades Associadas de São Paulo (1987) and graduate degrees in Marketing from FGV (1992) and from Columbia University in New York (1995), and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School (2017). He has extensive professional experience, having held the positions of chief small and medium business officer (2002), Vice President of Finance for Latin America (2002-2005), General Manager of GTS in Italy (2006-2007), National Managing Director (2007-2012), Vice President of emerging market industries (2012-2014), and General Manager for Latin America (2014-2017) at IBM, having accumulated 29 years of experience at that company. He currently holds the position of CEO & Co-Founder at Quantum4 Innovation Solutions (since 2017).
