Chairman

Mr. Norberto Whitaker Sobral Jannuzzi has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Bath in 2003. He completed as a postgraduate student, the Executive Education for Fast Growing Companies, Business Administration and General Management, at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He has extensive professional experience, having been member of the Board of Directors of large companies such as Natulab Group (since 2013), Farmácias Independente (since 2016), Vincula (since 2017). Since 2011, he has held various positions at Pátria Investimentos, including: Vice President of Private Equity (2011 to 2012), Private Equity Officer (2012 to 2016), Healthcare Portfolio Manager (2016 to 2019) and, in 2019, became partner.

Marcelo Tappis Dias
Vice-President

Marcelo Tappis is Operation Partner in Patria’s Cold Logistics vertical. He has worked at American Express, Ritmo logística as CEO, ALL Logística as COO and Rumo logística as CPO, before joining the Patria team. Marcelo is a civil engineer who graduated from the Mauá engineering school and holds an EMBA from Pittsburgh University and an AMP from Kellogg.

J.R. Ferraz has 32 years of international experience in leading healthcare organizations in a variety of segments such as Surgery, Specialty Pharmaceuticals, E-Commerce and OTC Retail. He was a senior executive positions at Livanova plc, Nestle Health and Johnson & Johnson and has had board experience in Brazil and internationally. J.R. holds a degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Marketing and International Finance, both with honors from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

Lia Ferrua
Member

Ms. Lia has a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. She is currently Director of M&A for Grupo Elfa. Prior to that, Ferrua worked as Director of Private Equity at Patria Investimentos, Financial Director at Vincula and also served on Patria’s Private Equity investment team and as a member of the M&A team at DASA (Diagnostics of America S/A). Before joining Patria in 2004, she worked at Macquarie Bank and Natura, one of the largest Brazilian cosmetic companies.

Maria Regina Ferreira Navarro

Ms. Navarro has an undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes (1977) and graduate degrees in business administration from FGV (1996) and from Smith College (2002). She has extensive professional experience, having held the positions of Research and Development Assistant/Quality Assurance Supervisor (1978-1988), Technical Market Assistance (1988-1989), Technical Sales Representative (1992-1994), Market Development Manager (1995-1997), Head of Business Unit (1997-1999), Chief Corporate Affairs Officer (2000-2002), Regional Vice President (2003-2011), Managing Director of the medical and hospital products area (2007-2013), and Senior Vice President (2012-2014) at Johnson & Johnson, having accumulated 35 years of experience at that company. She has also held the position of Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Fundação Robert Wood Johnson (2010-2020), member of the Advisory Board of Great Place to Work Brasil (since 2014), and member of the Committee for Corporate Governance in Health at the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa), or IBGC (since 2014). He has extensive professional experience, having held the positions of chief small and medium business officer (2002), Vice President of Finance for Latin America (2002-2005), General Manager of GTS in Italy (2006-2007), National Managing Director (2007-2012), Vice President of emerging market industries (2012-2014), and General Manager for Latin America (2014-2017) at IBM, having accumulated 29 years of experience at that company. He currently holds the position of CEO & Co-Founder at Quantum4 Innovation Solutions (since 2017).

Rafael Moisés Franco Pereira da Costa
CFO and IRO

Graduated in Business Administration from IBMEC and Technology from PUC-RJ with an MBA in Electric Energy Business Management from FGV. With more than 20 years of professional experience, He was CFO of St. Marche and of Burger King Brazil for 10 years since the constitution of the Company and through the IPO in 2017. Previously, he held management positions in Procurement and Logistics at Equatorial Energia for 7 years and worked previously to that at Exxonmobil and Electronic Data Systems.

Frederico Lopes Dias

Graduated in business administration from PUC – MG and post-graduated in finance and controllership from Fundação Dom Cabral. He has extensive professional experience, with multidisciplinary training in Human Resources, Planning, Sales and Projects and international experience in Human Resources, with a focus on implementing organizational culture principles, valuing the corporate environment, engagement, implementation of excellence programs and management processes . Having worked as Corporate Human Resources Manager at Diageo (2012-2013) and C&A (2013-2015), Human Resources Director at Carrefour (2015 – 2017) and GPA (2017-2021). Currently, he has held the position of CHRO at Elfa Medicamentos since October 2021.

Priscilla Seki
CTO

Priscilla Seki has a degree in business & leadership and has nearly 20 years of experience in strategic management consulting, where she was responsible for leading projects related to strategy, growth acceleration and transformation. Recently, Priscilla joined the Pátria team as Head of Value Creation of Strategy, Sales & Marketing and now is a part of Elfa’s team as CTO. Priscilla is also an executive coach and works in personal and organizational development.

Leonardo Flores Pelloso
Director of Operations

Mechanical Production Engineer graduated from Escola de Engenharia Mauá, with an MBA in Operations Management from USP and an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral. Professional with more than 20 years of experience, held relevant roles in Supply Chain & Logistics in various segments such as Consumer Goods Industry (Nivea, Unilever and PepsiCo), Logistics Operator for the healthcare sector (DHL Supply Chain) and Food Retail (GPA). Experience complemented with the leadership of frontline areas such as Operations, Commercial, Business Development, Operational Excellence and Loss Prevention over the 20 years of career.

Executive with 30 years of experience in Audit, Compliance and Fraud Prevention, working in companies such as PwC, Unilever, Danone, Syngenta and Embraer (certification by D.O.J – Department of Justice of USA).  She currently holds the position of Director in Management & Transformation, working with the investees of Pátria Investimentos in Brazil and its subsidiaries abroad. In Pátria Investimentos, she is also responsible for validating the controls of the Confidential Channel, supporting and carrying out internal investigations.

Daniel Nascimento

Daniel Nascimento, accountant (CRC active), Master in Controllership and Accounting from FIPECAFI, MBA in Controllership and Finance from FGV/SP, IBGC Certified Tax Advisor and Mergers and Acquisitions Director at ANEFAC/SP (mandate 2021-2022). Executive with more than 25 years’ experience in the Controllership area in Brazilian publicly traded companies listed in Brazil and the USA (Suzano, Ambev and Braskem), with a high level of Corporate Governance in a SOX environment.
He has been working in the Value Creation area of Patria Finance with Private Equity Fund investees in the health, food retail, industrial, agribusiness and distribution segments, among others, and in Infrastructure Funds in the energy, highways and telecommunications segments, among others, in the search for continuous improvement of financial processes and optimization of resources, in addition, providing technical support in M&A transactions, IPOs, SOX implementation, structured finance raising and relationships with external auditing firms and external consultants, as well as managing the Shared Services Center with the Property and Real Estate (Forestry) areas, tax compliance, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Credit and Collection and acting as a member of the Audit Committee and Audit Boards.

She was President of the OAB / SSP Studies Commission of Labor Relations of the Health Insdustry in the period from 2015 to 2019 and was also Coordinator of the Legal Chamber of the Brazilian Association of Diagnostic Medicine – ABRAMED in the period from 2010 to 2017. She has experience as a Director Legal, Risk Management and Compliance in a Publicly-Held Company listed on the Novo Mercado. She is a partner at the law firm Lira Advogados and does not hold positions in other companies or organizations in the third sector.
