Mr. Eduardo Gromatzky holds a degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo (USP), obtained in 2005, and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He worked as a consultant at LCA Consultores until 2007 and at Bain & Company from 2008 to 2010. After completing his MBA, he joined the Investment Banking division at Credit Suisse. He left Credit Suisse to serve as Vice President at 2+Capital, where he remained until 2015. He is currently a Partner in the private equity team at Patria Investimentos, where he has been working since 2015.

Mr. Norberto Whitaker Sobral Jannuzzi has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Bath in 2003. He completed as a postgraduate student, the Executive Education for Fast Growing Companies, Business Administration and General Management, at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He has extensive professional experience, having been member of the Board of Directors of large companies such as Natulab Group (since 2013), Farmácias Independente (since 2016), Vincula (since 2017). Since 2011, he has held various positions at Pátria Investimentos, including: Vice President of Private Equity (2011 to 2012), Private Equity Officer (2012 to 2016), Healthcare Portfolio Manager (2016 to 2019) and, in 2019, became partner.

He was a senior executive positions at Livanova plc, Nestle Health and Johnson & Johnson and has had board experience in Brazil and internationally. J.R. holds a degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Marketing and International Finance, both with honors from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

Leandro Ishiy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Insper. He is a Senior Director at Patria Investments, one of the leading alternative asset managers in Latin America, with US$ 50 billion in assets under management (AUM), where he has built a 16-year career, focusing on investment execution, portfolio management, and value creation. He currently leads the M&A and business development areas at Elfa and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Vincula and Elfa. Throughout his career at Patria Private Equity, he has led investment theses, transaction structuring, value creation initiatives, and divestments across several platforms, including Agrichem, Vincula, and Elfa. Previously, he worked at Blackstone (New York) and Itaú-Unibanco.

With an MBA in Marketing from FGV, Sérgio has over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on multinational companies such as Roche and Mantecorp, especially in the strategic commercial area, through leading sales teams, into public and private channels. Sérgio also has extensive knowledge in the distribution segment, as well as a track record leading commercial departments in major corporate groups.

Ms. Navarro has an undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes (1977) and graduate degrees in business administration from FGV (1996) and from Smith College (2002). She has extensive professional experience, having held the positions of Research and Development Assistant/Quality Assurance Supervisor (1978-1988), Technical Market Assistance (1988-1989), Technical Sales Representative (1992-1994), Market Development Manager (1995-1997), Head of Business Unit (1997-1999), Chief Corporate Affairs Officer (2000-2002), Regional Vice President (2003-2011), Managing Director of the medical and hospital products area (2007-2013), and Senior Vice President (2012-2014) at Johnson & Johnson, having accumulated 35 years of experience at that company. She has also held the position of Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Fundação Robert Wood Johnson (2010-2020), member of the Advisory Board of Great Place to Work Brasil (since 2014), and member of the Committee for Corporate Governance in Health at the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa), or IBGC (since 2014). Ms. Maria Regina is an independent director, elected according to the independence criteria established in art. 16, first paragraph of B3’s ‘Novo Mercado’ Listing Regulation, the Board of Directors’ Internal Regulations and the Bylaws.

He has extensive professional experience, having held the positions of chief small and medium business officer (2002), Vice President of Finance for Latin America (2002-2005), General Manager of GTS in Italy (2006-2007), National Managing Director (2007-2012), Vice President of emerging market industries (2012-2014), and General Manager for Latin America (2014-2017) at IBM, having accumulated 29 years of experience at that company. He currently holds the position of CEO & Co-Founder at Quantum4 Innovation Solutions (since 2017).
